Open House Consultant Services provides the following services:
Consultation: Open House Consultant Services, LLC (“OHCS”) will conduct a thorough home evaluation through “Buyer’s Eyes”, including curb appeal and repair recommendations, and will provide you with a plan of action to get your home ready for your prospective buyers.
Staging: We complete an arrangement in the focal areas of the homes to create an environment that is inviting so your potential buyers can imagine themselves living in your home. We stage the home to sell! This can be done in vacant and/or newly constructed homes by introducing the right furnishings or in occupied homes by removing clutter and by utilizing homeowner’s personal items along with decorative items provided by OHCS to add that personal touch.
Open House Services: Having strangers parade through your home can be very intimidating and overwhelming. OHCS can assist you in the open house process by hosting your open house for you. OHCS will provide your “Open House” signs and refreshments, and tour your guests. (This service is provided to “for sale by owners” only).
